Even the face reflects whether someone is physically or mentally healthy or not. Physically and mentally healthy person’s face shines; the face looks smiling. Physically or mentally or both, the face of a person who is unwell looks dull, depressed and gloomy.
The face has a distinct part called the cheek. When this organ, i.e., the cheek muscles are not properly aligned, it has a negative effect on the beauty of the face. To avoid this and to increase the beauty, you can also perform different exercises related to cheeks.
Due to lack of exercise, not only the cheeks, but the whole body becomes ugly. If fat accumulates on the face unnecessarily, the face looks ugly and uneven. That is why it is necessary to pay attention to exercise. To keep the face and cheeks beautiful and balanced, simple exercises can be done.
There are some natural techniques to perform exercise of the cheeks. One of these exercises is mouth exercises. Moving the mouth by opening it full, going right and left about 10 times will give exercise to the cheek muscles.

Face wash for brightening cheek
Another method of exercising the skin on the cheeks is – face wash. Generally, it is advisable to wash your mouth with ‘Cleansing Foam’ or soap in the morning and evening. You should wash your face with natural herbal soap. Washing face with herbal soap for about 2-3 minutes with proper massage helps to clean up the face and activate the facial muscles.
In this way, washing face with herbal soaps provides medicinal effect on the one hand and exercise on the other hand. By doing this, the dead tissues in the cheek skin will be washed out and they start to regenerate or the same dead tissues can be revived.
This process helps in increasing the tone and brightness of the skin. Soap and cream can be used as ‘facial’. After washing your face with soap and water, before going to sleep, you should apply a suitable moisturizing cream on your face. If the skin of the face has pigmentation, it is appropriate to use an ‘anti pigment’ cream. If you have pimples, it is advisable to apply an ‘anti-acne’ cream. Those with dark
skin should use whitening cream. It is advisable to apply moisturizing cream after face wash in the morning.
This kind of exercises also help in making the skin soft and glowing. This procedure of using creams should also be followed according to the advice of a naturopath or a dermatologist.
Natural Cheek Beautifiers: Milk and coffee
For a radiant and glowing complexion, you can try a coffee mask. For making coffee mask, take half cup of coffee and mix it with few spoons of milk for thick consistency. Use this mixture as a face pack for 10- 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. This face mask will help to get rid of dead skin cells, leaving behind a glowing skin.
Coffee Face scrub also works great as a scrub as it is not harsh on the skin. A natural scrub by mixing ground coffee, brown sugar, and olive oil can be tried according to the need. After properly mixing, massage it on your face in circular motions to buff away the dead skin cells.
After face wash, alum or antiseptic cream can be applied on the face. Doing this helps the facial skin to avoid possible infection.
